North Yorkshire Council is developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making in their Children and Family Services. This case study explores how the team has taken a three-pronged approach, Practice, Technology and Ethics, to innovation to aim to improve access to information, streamline processes, and ultimately provide better support for children and families.
