Anthony is Head of Digital and Customer Service at Dundee City Council, leading organisation wide digital, data, and customer transformation.  Having worked in both private and public sector organisation he is known for driving change in fast paced environments, with experience leading international projects.  Anthony focuses on empowering people by creating space for innovation, reducing unnecessary risk, and removing low value work so teams can focus on outcomes that matter.
