Helen Stevenson, based in Manchester, is the Programme Manager for Digital Capabilities at the Local Government Association. She works with councils across England to strengthen the skills, practices and infrastructure required for effective digital government. Her portfolio includes digital skills, cyber resilience and technical foundations, and she partners closely with councils and national teams to build capability and confidence across the sector.
