Judith hails from Manchester, where she currently resides. Her professional journey has been marked by a wealth of experience across various regions in the United Kingdom, including London, Derbyshire, North Wales and in Walsall where she currently holds the position of Executive Director, Resources

With 28 years spent working in a range of roles, Judith has devoted 17 years to senior-level positions. Over the course of her career, she has demonstrated expertise and leadership in challenging environments with a particular focus on achieving transformational and cultural change.

Among her previous notable appointments, Judith served as the Interim Strategic Director of Community Solutions at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. She also held the position of Chief Executive at Denbighshire County Council, where her leadership skills helped steer the Council through the Covid 19 pandemic.

Beyond her professional life, Judith enjoys being outdoors and active.  She enjoys camping and walking with her dog, and spending time in the great outdoors. Judith also loves spending time eating and drinking with friends and trying new experiences.
