Katy Fox
Katy has worked in Human Resources for 25 years, covering the full breadth of the People function. Originally from Birmingham, she graduated in Law from the University of Wolverhampton and has since held senior strategic roles across both the private and public sectors.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).
Katy leads the HR, Centralised Services and Transformation functions at Birmingham City Council. She has delivered the settlement on the equal pay programme for BCC, worked as a senior leadership team member to deliver the improvement and recovery plan in intervention to bring Birmingham out of S114, and is now responsible for the transformation of BCC to become a well-run Council delivering excellent services for the citizens of Birmingham.
