Kit Collingwood is Director of Digital and Customer Experience at Oxfordshire County Council. She previously worked at Royal Greenwich Council and before that was a civil servant for 10 years. Kit is passionate about better public services that work for everyone, and about modernising government organisations. She cares deeply about new leadership models and the need for public sector organisations to be adaptive in their practice.
